1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using www.lissie-vujojr.dk (“the Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable Danish and EU legislation.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with us for services, that agreement shall prevail in the event of conflict.

Lissie & Vujo Jr. I/S is a Danish Interessentskab (I/S). The partners are jointly and severally liable in accordance with Danish law.
3. Use of the Website
You may only use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with Danish and EU law.
You must not:
Attempt unauthorized access
– Interfere with system security
– Transmit malicious software
– Use the Website unlawfully
We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website is protected under the Danish Copyright Act (Ophavsretsloven) and applicable EU law.
Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All delivered designs are for the client’s personal or business use only. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.
5. Orders, Services and Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Business Customers (B2B)
If you purchase our services using a valid CVR number, the agreement is considered a business-to-business transaction.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. Orders are binding and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Private Consumers (B2C)
If you are a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after payment is completed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email before the expiry of the 14-day period.
5.3 Commencement of Work
All services provided by Lissie & Vujo Jr. I/S are customized digital design services, including websites, print, and graphic design.
Work on your project begins immediately upon confirmed payment, but only after you have expressly agreed to this via the mandatory checkout checkbox for private consumers.
By giving this consent, you acknowledge that:
– Work may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires
– If you withdraw within the 14-day period, you must pay for the work already performed (proportional payment)
– Once the service is fully completed, the right of withdrawal is lost
5.4 Withdrawal Within the 14-Day Period
If you are a private consumer and withdraw after work has begun, you must pay for the proportion of work already performed up to the time you notify us.
The proportionate amount will be calculated based on:
– Time spent
– Work completed
– Project progress
– Agreed total project price
Any remaining balance will be refunded.
5.5 Completion of Service
If the service is fully completed within the 14-day withdrawal period, and you have expressly requested early commencement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully performed.
– Graphic and print design projects may often be completed before the 14-day period expires.
– Website projects may take longer, depending on scope.
5.6 After Expiry of the 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has expired:
– The agreement becomes fully binding
– No cancellation or refund is possible
– Payments are non-refundable
6. Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, information, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays caused by missing or incorrect information from the client do not affect the agreed project price or deadlines.
7. Delivery of Digital Design Files
All services are customized and delivered digitally.
Once final design files, website access, or other agreed deliverables have been provided:
– The service is considered delivered
– Digital files cannot be returned
– No refund is possible except where required under mandatory Danish law
This does not affect your rights in case of defects or failure to deliver the agreed service.
8. Payments and Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Lissie & Vujo Jr. I/S does not store or process credit card or payment card details. Stripe acts as an independent payment service provider and processes payment data according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Refunds, where applicable under these Terms or mandatory Danish law, will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment providers).
We are not responsible for third-party content or external websites.
10. Project Delays / Force Majeure
Lissie & Vujo Jr. I/S is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Natural disasters
– Internet or hosting outages
– Government restrictions
– Other unforeseen events
11. Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer unless explicitly stated.
Mandatory consumer rights under Danish law remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Danish law, Lissie & Vujo Jr. I/S shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including:
– Loss of profit
– Loss of data
– Business interruption
Nothing limits liability for:
– Gross negligence
